I am generally a people person I like meeting people and making friends. Occasionally I will go out but not always depending on the crowd of people I love swimming reading and cooking I love spending time with my family Especially my son Miguel-Paulo Jnr he is full of fun and never a dull moment with him ha ha ha!

i love cooking and knitting in my spare time i try to get a good book and veg out and get some reading yeah, i like hanging out with my family and my friends.

hell family and friends hope you all well so much has been happening in my corner of the globe i had the joy of reuniting with the love of my teenage years man what a mind blowing experience i am rpoud to say that i have found happiness and a purpose to life now my life is now taking shape and hey guys dont go around trying to substitute people with others stop running away from the ones that love you unconditionally life is too short .
i am so glad that God has brought us back to each other and its wonderful to be with someone that accepts you the way you are and will not change you into that that you not so guys you watch this space big things are happening here man
